1. When is the Strathearn Art Walk?

    • Saturday, September 7th, 2019 from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. See you there!

  2. How do I get to the Strathearn Art Walk?

    • If its not winter, its construction season. With the LRT expansion in full-swing we have some changes this year on how to get to Art Walk. But don’t worry, we have put all that information in a very convenient location for you HERE.

  3. What happens if it is raining?

    • Strathearn Art Walk is a rain or shine event. In the event of rain, we advise ponchos, boots, umbrellas and rubber duckies. In the event of sunshine, we advise sunglasses, sunscreen, shorts, and pink flamingos.

  4. Is there a site map?

    • Absolutely! Find it HERE.

  5. Are there washrooms?

    • Yes! There will be three washrooms located at the northeast, centre, and southwest areas of the festival. Two of which will be wheelchair accessible. All of them will be grouped with hand washing stations.

  6. Is Strathearn Art Walk child-friendly?

    • Yes 100%! There will be activities (announced closer to the event) for children throughout the day. Children will also be allowed in the Beer Gardens. But they will definitely be ID’d if “its their turn to buy the next round.”

  7. Can I bring my dog?

    • Yes! Strathearn Art Walk is absolutely a dog-friendly event. New this year, dogs will allowed inside the Beer Gardens. However, we do ask that your four-legged friends are kept on leash.

  8. Is there an ATM on-site? / What can I pay with?

    • Yes! There will be an ATM on-site, with applicable service fees. Most artists and food trucks will accept major Credit and Debit cards; however, we can not guarantee they all will. Tickets for drinks in the Beer Gardens can be purchased with cash, card or Apple/Google Pay.

  9. Is there a place to lock up my bike while I check out the awesome art?

    • Yes! Bikes can be locked for FREE in our on-site Bike Lock-Up, sponsored by Morguard Investments/Bonnie Doon Centre. It will be located at the west entrance of the festival.

  10. I lost something, was it found?

    • Lost something at the festival? Check out the URBIS Info Tent, where our Lost & Found will be located. If you have left already, email us at info@strathearnartwalk.com with as much information as you can provide and we will get right back to you.

  11. What is there to eat and drink?

    • Delicious food and drinks are an increasingly important part of this festival, and once again we have locked down some of the best food trucks and eateries that Edmonton has to offer. A list of our 2019 food vendors can be found HERE.

    • As far as drinks go, a wide variety of beverages (including craft beer, wine, spirits and non-alcoholic) will be served in the Beer Gardens. You can also check out our official drink partners HERE.

  12. SECLA Stage Set Times

    • Set times will be announced closer to the festival.

  13. Safety and Medical

    • Nothing is more important that your safety and well-being. As such, there will be several trained First Aid Volunteers around the site. They will be easily identifiable with First Aid lanyards. Please don’t hesitate to grab one of them if needed, or just to say hello if you have a question. If you can not find one, please head to the URBIS Info Tent.

    • Additionally, if you see anyone at the festival who appears to need medical assistance, please inform either a First Aid Volunteer, or any volunteer you see in a yellow shirt. We are all in this together, so please look out for one another!

  14. Photo Release

    • Still images and video will be recorded at this event. By entering the Strathearn Art Walk area, you consent to your likeness being used, without compensation, in films and images in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, and you release Strathearn Community League, assignees and licensees from any liability whatsoever.
